First responders and military personnel also hold a soft spot in Amelia’s heart as a mother to two daughters in law enforcement and a son in the Army.
Amelia understands that feelings of shame, guilt, and unworthiness often result from the emotional pain caused by a traumatic history. Common conditions arise as a reaction to traumatic events, such as anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, PTSD, phobias, mood disorders, substance, eating disorders, and health problems.
Amelia knows how scary and overwhelming seeking help can be. While sharing a suite with Dr. Bhasin, his patients would share their stories about what led them to ketamine treatment and how treatment had transformed their lives. In 2017, when her 17-year-old son on the autism spectrum attempted suicide, she did not hesitate to seek ketamine treatment. Her son, Kenny, a sweet and compassionate soul who now loves his life, generously shares his ketamine journey as the Featured Patient; click here. (https://pointketamine.com/featured-patient/).

Amelia is committed to assisting families to find hope and peace and considers it a privilege to accompany patients on their ketamine journey.
