Do you know our thoughts, emotions and behaviors are all linked? That’s where our thoughts impact how we feel and act. We are humans and lot many thoughts surround our mind from time to time. But it’s important to understand that it doesn’t hamper the course of our day.  Therapy is always a helpful solution, and you need to learn how to change your thoughts pattern.

All these negative thoughts always contribute to anxiety, stress, depression and low self-esteem.  You need to get to the depth and learn to how make it less effective for you and for your wellbeing.

If I talk about my personal experience, I have a harsh inner critic sometimes I get caught in worry, stress, depression and struggling with my low self-worth.  All this pattern impact on our relationship, health, work and most importantly our lives. But somewhere I also believe that a little practice and knowing our self-worth help us to break free from all the negative thoughts. There’s a saying always look towards the brighter side as after a dark night you get to see a beautiful fresh morning. It’s always a new day every day.

How can you deal with negative thoughts?

One of the ways to deal is to replace the thought with a happy one which make you feel better. If any negative thoughts engaging your mind, take a minute and listen to it, see what you can do. Remember you are the one who can encourage yourself.

  • Practice Gratitude – When you feel grateful about yourself it gives you a great sense of happiness and positivity. Always notice the things that make you happy and worth it. You can also keep a journal and write down a few points trust it will help you to lead a positive life.
  • Recognize your strength – It’s a common human nature that we overlook positivity. The more you focus on your strength it will be easier to take your life in a proper direction. Take a moment to think about something you like about yourself.
  • Challenge your negative thoughts – This point is the most important one. When you have such thoughts on your mind just think whether it is accurate. If you are blaming yourself for something that has not gone your way, just think about the possible outcome for the same.

Just remember it’s all in your mind and you are the one who can fight for it in your own way. Don’t messed up your brain with all those negative thoughts, you can always consult a therapist if you want to. If there is a problem, remember there is always a solution too. Focus to live a happy and stress-less lifestyle.
