Don’t believe in your negative thoughts

Yes, don’t believe in it. Your mind would like you to believe in the thoughts that are arising. But if you see carefully the mind is just a part of you, it is not you. You need to separate yourself from your sense of self as is one of the most useful things.

You must try to heal and grow this will also change your belief system. Believe that you are perfect the way you are.

Most people think that “thinking positively” is the way to healing. But for me, the quickest way is to accept that the only reason you felt bad in the first place is as you are listening to stupid things your mind is telling you. Learn to ignore the inner voice inside our head which is telling us “you’re not good enough”.

I know life is hard it is a roller coaster ride. So worked on the ways to get rid of these negative thoughts

  • Recognize – Yes, recognize this self-sabotaging behavior whenever any negative thoughts pop up in your head.
  • Write it – Yes, write down your negative thoughts express them and banish them.
  • Reconstruct – Whatever negative thoughts you have written, turn them into a positive ones. For example “ I am not good enough” turns it into “I am worthy of finding my dreams and achieving them”.

Set your goals and take action on the thoughts that are holding you back and keep a record of them. Set an extraordinary goal and get out of your comfort zone. Just remember one thing that your thoughts don’t define you. You are in control of yourself and not your negative thoughts.
